KFSH&RC has launched the Sehaty Application, providing hospital patients with easy access to their personal medical records from anywhere and at any time. This application offers a variety of services, including:

• Access to a health profile that provides an overview of the latest information recorded in the patient's medical record.
• A lifestyle feature that collects information from connected smart devices, such as glucose monitors, by reading stored data in the patient's smartphone. This allows doctors to track the patient's progress if they choose to activate this feature.
• Appointment management, including viewing, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Access to medical conditions and diagnoses recorded in the electronic health record.
• A medication list and the ability to request prescription renewals.
• An immunization schedule and record.
• The ability to view laboratory test results and upcoming tests.
• Access to radiology reports.
• Medical document access and requests, including discharge summaries and medical evaluations.
• The ability to view vital signs and track changes over time.
• Information on surgical procedures performed.
• A history of previous hospital visits and the ability to print visit summaries.
• Access to and request for medical supplies.
• A personal profile with personal information and emergency contacts.

Sehaty is integrated with Apple's Health App, allowing users to upload their health information to their medical records at KFSH&RC for review by their specialist physicians.

This effective initiative aims to enhance "Patient Experiences" by meeting patients' increasing expectations and demands through efficient and effective technology-driven communication platforms.
